The Mad Hatter trains its baristas to the highest standard so that each cup of coffee is of the highest quality. Our coffee is prepared with the "French Press" method, assuring you the most flavorful and consistent brew. In addition, French Press requires that the coffee be served within twenty minutes of brewing, so your coffee is always the freshest possible.
